we do offer local pick up at Kensington Grove by arrangement only


At Right Choice Vapes we do all our postage through Australia Post.


Be aware that once an item has been shipped, we hold no responsibility for packages that go missing and/or damaged in transit. We may be able to help on your behalf if there is a dispute of delivery but we are not obligated to replace an order should Australia Post lose or fail to deliver your package undamaged.


If an authority to leave package is requested by customer, the package will left in a secure location or the location requested by the customer as per Australia Post Policy.


If you have any particular preferences regarding leaving items on front/back doors, please let us know via the comments section on your order. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any items that go missing.


Right Choice Vapes are not responsible for any mishap or breakage caused to items by Australia Post. We package our orders as best we can to minimise any damage caused by rough handling during transit.


We take pride and care whilst packing your items to ensure that they arrive in the condition they left our establishment.


We only ship within Australia.
